Terms of Use | Fast Lane Drive

Conditions d'utilisation

Last Updated: August 2026

1. About These Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Fast Lane Drive website (the "Site") and any services, applications, or content made available through it. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Fast Lane Drive is operated by Fast Lane Drive.

2. Membership and Applications

Submitting a membership application does not create a membership or any entitlement to one. Applications are reviewed at our sole discretion, and we may decline any application without giving reasons.

Membership, once granted, is personal to you, is non-transferable, and is subject to the separate Membership Agreement and to our Code of Conduct.

Membership is subject to an annual fee and a one-time initiation fee, as published on our Requirements page. Fees are billed annually and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may suspend or terminate membership at our discretion, including for breach of the Code of Conduct or these Terms.

3. Events

Attendance at Fast Lane Drive events is subject to any additional terms, waivers, and eligibility requirements notified at the time of registration.

Motoring events carry inherent risk. Participants are responsible for their own vehicle, insurance, licensing, and compliance with all applicable road traffic laws. By registering for or attending an event, you acknowledge these risks and agree to the event-specific waiver presented at registration.

4. Purchases

Merchandise sold through our shop is subject to the terms presented at checkout, including pricing, delivery, and returns. Those shop terms govern your purchase; these Terms govern your use of the Site generally.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site to:

  • break any law, or infringe anyone's rights;
  • submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its systems, or member data;
  • scrape, harvest, or otherwise extract data by automated means;
  • upload malicious code, or interfere with the Site's operation;
  • impersonate any person, or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, photography, video, logos, and marks, is owned by Fast Lane Drive or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our written permission.

By attending a Fast Lane Drive event, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use photographs and video taken at that event, including images of you and your vehicle, for promotional purposes across our website and social media.

7. Content You Submit

If you submit content to us, you confirm you have the right to do so and grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and display it in connection with operating and promoting Fast Lane Drive, for as long as we reasonably need to do so.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site links to third-party sites and services, including our shop and our booking and communication providers. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

9. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10. Availability and Changes

We do not guarantee the Site will be available uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of it at any time.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

[LEGAL REVIEW NEEDED: this section requires counsel review before publishing. It must reflect the jurisdictions in which Fast Lane Drive operates, and must not attempt to exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including, for consumers in the EU and UK, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.]

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles, except that nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your own country of residence, including the European Union and United Kingdom.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the version in force. Material changes will be notified to members by email at least 30 days before they take effect.

14. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent via our contact page.
