8) International Transfers

We do not store your IP address alongside form submissions.

CRM records. Once a submission has transferred successfully, our CRM is the system of record for your contact details and our correspondence with you. Those records are retained for as long as you remain an active member, sponsor, or are otherwise in an ongoing relationship with us, and for up to three (3) years after your last interaction with us, unless a longer period is required by law or necessary to resolve disputes. Records are deleted sooner upon request.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of storage is 100% secure.
